Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and shipped from the United States (Denver, Colorado area).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?
United States:
- Standard Shipping: Free

International:
- Shipping rates vary by destination and typically range from $6 to $20.
- The final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are estimates in business days and may vary by destination.

United States:
- Typically 3 to 7 business days

International:
- Typically 7 to 14 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include potential delays caused by carrier disruptions, holidays, peak festive season demand, remote areas, or customs processing.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available” or hasn’t updated yet.
Some carriers may take 24 to 72 hours (and occasionally up to 5 business days) to update tracking after the label is created or the package is scanned. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will help.

Will my order arrive in more than one package?
In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages (for example, if items are fulfilled from different inventory lots). If that happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Customs, duties, and taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, and taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
