We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the safety seal intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened products or products with a broken safety seal.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at info@alpinecell.com with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- The reason for your return (optional but helpful)

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products or products with a broken safety seal
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if applicable)

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the safety seal intact, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
